Assuming it's on account ending 3492, it's showing (on THEIR system) as cancelled from 16th July at 17:43pm. I cannot explain why it hasn't actually cancelled the account, but I can only recommend that you just enjoy the free service whilst it lasts. You've made every effort to cancel it, and informed them of their error - that's your only legal obligation, and they cannot backdate any charges on it if they eventually realise their mistake.

As above, cancelled my EETV package two months ago, only being charged for broadband now. NOWtv and netflix both stopped within days of the contract ending. (NowTV stopped within 24hrs) netflix carried on for another few days. But discovery plus has just carried on, have spoken to EE cst services and they have told me they cant cancel it as its not on my axccount to cancel as they dont offer it anymore. Discovery cst service (Chatbot then real person) just keep batting me back to EE to cancel it. the only option I have is discovery willing to delete the account, but then ill loose playlists and watch status etc.

That was an early termination fee - I suspect a system error, due to the issues you had with your order back in 2024, causing parts of it to be delayed by a month.
