EE tv box pro frozen on the "let's get started" page

Hi hope someone can help me with this. I've had the EE tv system for months without any issues, yesterday I went to turn the main box on in the living room and it had gone to the let's get started page instead of the home page. I attempted to navigate off this but the screen is frozen and won't respond. I have tried disconnecting everything for a length of time but still just get this frozen page. My bedroom mini box is still working. Can anyone out there advise ?

How did you get this sorted mines is doing the same, stuck on the home screen, tried a reset,tried leaving it off for few hours but nothing helps

One thing to check first - if you've reset your box then you also need to reset the remote, as it'll no longer be paired with it. This would have the same symptoms as the box being frozen - i.e. nothing happens when you press buttons.
