Live Channels Not Working (Apple TV 4K)

Hi All. I have just received an EE provided Apple TV 4K box, but my TV channels aren’t working. I only see the Discovery and TNT Sports ones. It did ask me if I wanted to use my EE subscription and it did correctly suggest North West as the region.

Any ideas?

@Matomo When is your go live date for EE TV ? as that’s when it’ll work.

The channels you see in the TV Guide are determined by the serial number of the Apple TV.

We're aware of a batch of Apple TVs that haven't been properly registered. Apple are currently investigating - someone will be in touch when it's fixed.

It should work now @Matomo - I've confirmed that your serial number was in the affected list, and Apple tell us that it has now been processed.
