Setting up the box, it seems to see five different WiFi but not mine. Even though mine works incredibly well in the room I'm in.

PS moving the TV so it's "5 metres away" is not an option

It's actually quite funny that I van connect to almost every router in the street except my own. I've got a WiFi extender in the same room as the box too!

I can see why that would be frustrating, especially as the box is picking up other WiFi networks.

Can you confirm whether your WiFi network is missing from the list of available networks, or whether the box can see it but won’t connect?

Can you see your WiFi network on other devices without any issues?

It may also be worth restarting both the TV box and your router, then scanning for available networks again. You could also try temporarily switching off the WiFi extender to see if your network appears.

Yes. It's clear on any other devices.

Restart has had no effect

Turning extender off has had no effect.

This is really bad service.

If I connect to extender via ethernet it works, but that is not a viable solution for this room.

Thanks for trying those steps, @Kalowski.

As your WiFi is working on your other devices and the network still isn't appearing on the TV Box Mini, I'd recommend giving our technical support team a call so they can look into this further and check the box and your connection.
