Is it just me or does channel 5 plus always glitch after around 40 mins,.so you have to turn the box off and on again,find what you were watching and fast forward past everything you already watched as it starts again

And don't even get me started on that pay up front for an add on, because that doesn't even exist.

You think your paying up front for something, turns out your not, they take it off that month's bill and the next month is a huge bill, double what you pay normally

Welcome to the community.

I haven't noticed that issue yet. Could you try restarting both your TV box and your router, then let me know if the same thing happens again please?

If you feel you've been billed incorrectly, I recommend speaking with our customer service team, so they can take a look into it for you.

Keep us posted on what happens please.
