TV box pro constantly stuttering/freezing on Live Sports broadcasting, getting sick of EE telling me nothing is wrong. They have reset box and broadband numerous times but nothing changes

I'm sorry to hear the team haven't been able to resolve this. Have you advised the team that the previous actions haven't resolved the problem?

Hi there,

I have ticked the thumbs down symbol on the website page to say the issues have not been resolved. I haven't actually spoken to anyone the last time but the previous time, which was less than two weeks ago, I was in video contact and it seemed to resolve the issue at the time. It is always on live sport and occasionally on other programmes. I have actually changed my package and opted for the new 7 router and booster to see if that makes a difference. I'm waiting for it to arrive so time will tell if that's the answer.
