We always aim to complete any app maintenance at times that will have minimal impact, but I appreciate this will be really frustrating if you were trying to get in touch at the time.

Could you please let us know a bit more about what issues you've been facing here?

Also what steps have you tried so far to resolve this?

@CraigD4 Have you tried factory resetting it through the settings menu or unplugging it and plugging it back in again

Also if it gets to a stable state after that go into settings and check for updates.

Apps usually update automatically and so are system updates overnight but if it's a new box it might need a little help to begin with.

I can see that you managed to resolve this issue @CraigD4 and your TV Box is now working correctly. Feel free to share any information about what helped you fix it.

It was attaching an ethernet lead to the WiFi extender that eventually fixed rather than having it as a wireless connection.

Slightly annoying but luckily the extender was positioned near the tv
