Utsav plus not working but rest of channels are

Not sure why this is happening it says ‘There’s a broadband issue affecting your Channels’ but rest of channels are working fine on both tv box pro and mini, unplugged both tv and ee box pro but same error occurred?

Could you try the steps in our EE TV Box Not Working or Keeps Freezing page and check the TV software is up to date.
