No. We have very little WiFi traffic and it often occurs when nothing else is being used

Craig

[mod edit: removed personal details from the community]

All of a sudden the live tv has stopped working, all the channels are black and given a moment an error message is shown for IPC6023. I've tried all of the suggestions, rebooted and even factory reset but none have fixed it.

I can see a sudden loss of signal on Sunday afternoon @sdjefferies - assuming you're not aware of anything that has changed inside your home, I would recommend giving the helpdesk a call. They'll take you through the usual steps to verify it's not something simple, before then passing you to someone who can either fix it, or raise a fault.

I have this happen constantly. At least a few times per day. If I change channel and then change back immediately it works so seems unlikely it's a problem in the home. Seems really unreliable

If you'd like to pursue it then your best bet would be to raise a fault via the helpdesk - it can then be assigned to the best team to investigate.
