Have you queried with EE customer services ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Full Works but still charged for 4K</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm on Full Works package but still being charged £6 a month for HD/4K. Is this correct? I should add that as part my deal for taking out a new contract it's £30 a month instead of £88 for the 1st three months. Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
