EETV box mini problem

We have recently got EE tv and have the mini box in a bedroom. Everything works fine apart from not being able to get the ITV1 channel. The internet connection is fine and I am signed into ITVX.

it does give an error message stating there is a broadband problem , but this is not the case. Settings shows the internet connection is good and other channels are available.

if I unplug the box and start it up again I can get ITV, but if I turn off and on again later it won’t work.

Please could anyone let me know if they know of a solution? Many thanks.

Hi @IS110

It's fair to assume your WIFI internet connection is fine when all other channels work, and it works after restarting.

Are you able to test how the box functions for ITV1 if you're connected via ethernet?
