As it would appear we are not alone, we have suffered for 6 months now & don't know what to do now.

Our faults are as follows:

Poor TV quality, constantly buffering or getting interference & has been even worse during the hot weather.

TV Box not recording HD channels when selected, switches to SD which then isn't watchable (not sure why they still broadcast SD) I'm guessing that this is due to poor signal again.

TV Box stopping recording partway through the programme.

I have spoken to customer support numerous times, they got me to try a few things but couldn't work out what was happening. Unfortunately I work long days so contacting customer services is a nightmare & they always try & call me in the day when funny enough I'm working.

Please someone give me a solution otherwise I will be forced to looking into how I get out of my contract.
