Pro box suddenly not recording TNT Sports Channels

Hi all! Over the last few days, every evening i have tried to record something on my Pro box that is on TNT Sports (Tennis,Moto GP, Speedway) nothing is recording, there is no "recording failed" message, just no recording, i tried other channels, BBC. ITV, 5, the NOW TV channels and all record fine, it just seems to affect all TNT Sport (in SD HD and Ultimate), anyone have any ideas what could be causing this to happen suddenly? Thanks

Hi again, I should add that i have no problem watching the TNT Sport channels, all work fine, and, just like yesterday, is allowing me to record at the moment, this problem i reported above always seems to happen in the evening, such as last night when speedway was on, it just would not record, neither would any other TNT channel, currently ( Sunday morning} i am watching Moto GP, and the recording works, just like it has the last few days, but get to the evening, everything on TNT seems to refuse to record, very weird!

Thanks for coming back to the community.

It is strange that it is only happening on the TNT Sport channels, and only at certain times.

There are some help tips on our Problems recording on EE TV Box Pro page.

If that doesn't help, give our tech guides a call and they can look into this further for you.

It is odd as it only seemed to happen in the evenings(!), just tested it out again, and everything records as normal, have not got a clue what happened the last few days with the Tennis, Speedway and Moto Gp refusing to record, as i said only the TNT channels seemed to be affected, will keep an eye on it over the next few days.

@garybs29 I'm not aware of anything like this happening before?

@DAVIDJ_GARRYJ so you can watch the TNT Sports channels in the evening without issue, but when you press record, nothing happens? What if you select the TV Guide now, and then try to record a programme for this evening? Does it show the recording confirmation? Or does nothing happen still?

@DarrenDev It's the same symptoms, the speedway never recorded for example as it was still showing the previous program as being on

In that scenario it showed as a failed recording though - and it was due to missing Accurate Recording signals, making the box think the previous programme had overrun. Those issues are resolved now.

No evidence of any recording attempt at all is something new (to me).

After experiencing it again I assumed it was the same issue, FWIW a recording of 1 hour overnight extended to 2 hours too so there must be an issue somewhere again IMO
