Hi there @Maus64

Thanks for coming to the community.

Which TV Box do you have? Is this connected WiFi or Ethernet?

Have you tried resetting the TV Box? Ways to do this can be found in the How to reset your EE TV Box page.

Our road recently had a new telegraph pole.since all the connections have been put back our tv pixillates more now than ever. Is this coincidence or is this EE getting like sky tv where there's no signal strength.

We had to cancel sky as the engineer told us no signal. We have tried numerous times turning the box and wi fi off & on. If this continues we will have no alternative but to cancel as tv is unwatchable. Can any of you lovely folk suggest anything. Thankyou it affects channels 4 & 5 a lot
