    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a standard EE TV package that includes Netflix and Now TV. both these apps work fine on The EE TVbox and the EE mini box. I have download the Now TV app onto a smart TV and downloaded the NOW TV app and signed in.But is shows that I have no membership and asking me to purchase membership. Tried it on my IPad , same result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any advice…. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;n.b. Netflix works fine on the smart TV&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your account pairing between Now TV and EE TV is unfortunately broken - EE TV knows about Now TV, but their system doesn't know about your EE TV account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To fix this, I'll need to disconnect your account and then connect it again.&amp;nbsp; To do this, I need to email you a PIN which I need you to send straight back to me (it only lasts 10 minutes).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please email me at &lt;A href="mailto:eetvsupport@ee.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;eetvsupport@ee.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;when you're available to complete this - I'll be around for another 15 minutes this evening, or this can be done tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
