&lt;P&gt;How is your EE TV box connected at the moment, via WiFi or Ethernet?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also if you haven't already, I'd recommend trying a factory reset on your box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you check out &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/tv-sport/fix-problem/how-to-reset-your-ee-tv-box" target="_blank"&gt;our help page here&lt;/A&gt;, there's an option you can choose that allows you to keep your recordings when doing this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why do the sports channels freeze, tell me there is a broadband issue, then start working when you click up a channel then back to the one you are watching&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For live sport, it really ruins the experience&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
