Everything, all channels, all apps and loss of internet even though blue light stays, I unplugged everything for a couple of minutes and for now it's seems to have worked, hoping it's just an off day for it and not a common occurrence

So I've been experiencing something pretty strange today, everything keeps dropping out despite having a blue light on the broadband. I get a code on the TV. It happens every so often, I spoke to EE both teams (Broadband and TV) and they couldn't see no issues but it still continues. Has anyone else had this issue? If so what helped to fix it?

I've tried all common suggestions already and it seems to be a temporary fix.

Hi, I’ve had a similar problem, do lose terrestrial channels and not others , player, itvx etc. if so it could be a problem with your aerial. Depends on how you set up your box, if you’ve set it up with an aerial all terrestrial channels will be presented via that medium and you will lose them if your aerial has an intermittent fault sometimes subject to weather changes. I think but I’m no expert
