I am curious if there are others who are receiving messages regarding the return of EE equipment and threats of charges if equipment is not sent back. I have not requested any changes and have not had any replacement equipment sent in exchange or the method of returning equipment. I phoned EE to attempt to find out what this is about but the explanation did not make sense. Is this a unbelievable clever scam or genuine request from EE? I am becoming discontent with EE and their methods of sneaky charges BT should remain separate as never had issues like this with them. The messages are relentless 2-3 a week. Finally if I do return equipment as requested I will have no way of watching the programmes paid for, any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

It would usually be noted on your account for the guides to see if so.

Ali

Hi to all who responded thank you. I was getting several pestering messages on my mobile which I have just found out my mobile is now with EE when all the time I thought was with BT and built into the broadband account however, this is not the case just another issue!! With regards the other this has now been resolved it would appear a £300+ bill was part of the threat. EE after a long conversation admitted this to be a fault and have sorted this out. Incredible, wonder what would of happened if we hadn't phoned up we also noted there were different account numbers we didn't know about so now waiting to find out situation with my mobile? At the moment rather confusingly my mobile bill is up in the stratosphere and fluctuates from month to month 🤔 I do wonder what next?
