      <description>&lt;P&gt;Error WM001&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, go about a week now when I try and watch EETv on a Win11 PC I get the above error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried the obvious stuff, signed out and back in, removed and readded the device etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any pointers would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We're still unable to find the cause for your failure&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1189220"&gt;@alexthecamel&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;however a new update is expected to be released this evening that will show you a better error message, and also log more information for us to see the cause.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you could please try again tomorrow morning, we'll hopefully be able to see what's going on and fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
