I have recently moved over from BT to EE and I have Netflix, Discovery+ and NowTV Basic included in my package - I got an email to active my Netflix account but not one for NowTV. Its in the app with a tick saying 'included with your package' but there's no option to activate or manage the subscription. When I log in to NowTV on a laptop or my TV it says I don't have any subscriptions and invites me to add it again for £6 a month. I'm already paying for it, can anyone help? I called the EE helpline but they just told me to ring ITV which I didn't quite understand.

Now TV is activated by the agent at the time of order, rather than via an email invitation.

In your case, the agent used @googlemail.com instead of gmail.com which you've used for your EE ID.

You can either switch to using @googlemail.com for your login, or you can email eetvsupport@ee.co.uk and I can correct it for you.
