    <description>&lt;P&gt;When it loses them, does the box ask you to set it up again - i.e. is the TV Box factory resetting?&amp;nbsp; Or does it boot up fine, the channels are there, but there just aren't any recordings listed on the My TV screens anymore?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every few weeks I lose all my recordings and all my scheduled recordings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried resetting my box but no matter what I try a few weeks later it happens all over again. The box is becoming useless to me as I can’t rely on it to record or have my recordings there when I switch it on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve missed so many programs and episodes and my children are not happy. Thinking I’ll just give up and just stick to streaming services only as that’s basically all I can do at the moment with the box being so unreliable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
