      <description>&lt;P&gt;Getting the error code on my new EE Tv pro box on Netflix,&amp;nbsp; also Discovery+ doesn't work with another code 1k-0028 iirc. Help desk are unsure of the fix . Any ideas ? Ee broadband is 35.5mb and streaming tv ok . Mini box upstairs works ok ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;factory reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;30 sec power reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks David&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I definitely want to make sure that this is flagged, could you please describe what exactly is happening when you get this fault?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it as soon as you load the Netflix app, or is it when trying to perform a particular function?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4474020"&gt;@Peter_W&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; and &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4575086"&gt;@bakerUK&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get the issue almost immediately I start to play a programme, on Netflix with the above code and discovery + . With the code 1K-0028. Itt suggests a restart then fails again with same code and then suggests a 30 second power reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also done a factory reset, and the help desk has done this remotely, changing from wired to wireless&amp;nbsp; all to no avail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue is awaiting the back end team to resolve at present.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had the issue as well and it was resolved by connecting to the HDMI that supports UHD (HDCP 2.2) or if the TV does not support UHD, set the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;HDMI display to &amp;lt; 1080 (found inside Youview settings --&amp;gt; Box Management --&amp;gt; Picture &amp;amp; Sound)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This thread pointed me in the right direction but couldn't stand the small Netflix so kept fiddling. Got this problem after being sent a new STB. Fixed this for a friend by setting Picture &amp;amp; Sound / HDMI Frame Rate Matching to On, default was off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had issues with Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITVX before changing this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
