      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have sent back my EE TV box and have proof of postage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting regular reminders about sending the equipment back and threatening to charge me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As the email is no reply, how do I show my proof of postage,&amp;nbsp; is there an email address?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would be less stressful to close this out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The advice that is given for BT customers&amp;nbsp; experiencing&amp;nbsp; this issue is to call customer support so I presume EE customer support can address the issue (ask to be routed to billing/ accounts).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;call with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As EE will need to update your account any email route is likely to be ineffective.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
