EETV TNT Sports Ultimate Query

Hi, Thanks in advance for any help provided, I currently have EE Broadband, also a TNT Sports subscription and HD as a extra. If i go to channel 433 to watch TNT Ultimate i get a (you need to set this up or add it to your package to view), now i can get this channel in 4k through the discovery+ option, but not through the EE TV box, looking through my account and extras as i am out of contract late summer and have already got messages to recontract, i see in the tv options, a HD AND 4K Extra (which it says gives you now boost and access to the ultimate channel} and a Now Boost option, all at £6 extra, which is what i currently pay for the HD extra i have, should i have been on a different extra to allow me to view the channel in 4k or not? Sorry this has been a bit long winded of me! Thanks for any advice, DAVID

Hi again, should have added to the packages i have to the above i also have a NOW TV Entertainment pack as well as the TNT Sports subscription and HD as a extra.

It would be included in your package normally, however your broadband isn't fast enough to support the Ultimate channel. It's therefore disabled.

The TV channels used a fixed quality, meaning either the channel will play, or it won't - in your case, it won't.

When you watch it in the discovery+ app, it switches the quality up and down to a level that your broadband can support.

Hi! Since i posted the above query, i have had full fibre (FTTH) installed, will that make any difference to getting the channel available on my tv guide? Thanks for any help provided.
