I’ve downloaded the HBO Max app and tried to sign in, as per all of the EE suggested info. YES, I’m 100% sure I’ve used the same email as I used for Discovery + previously. My issue is that HBO Max doesn’t recognise my email. I’ve tried the app and online; same results. I’ve tried 150 / Tech support and was told they’d sort it within 48 hours: guess what? I still need help.
