      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ... after some advice I returned tv equipment to ee 7th May I've lost my proof they sent text today claiming not to have received so I rang and bloke says I will have to pay £140 ... I've read on forum's this is a common occurance I&amp;nbsp; wonder if anyone can offer advice thanku&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not really much you can do&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4398587"&gt;@Karendilk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, if you can’t prove you sent the kit back they are going to charge you for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They can take a while to process returns though, so they may have had it back but not sent any confirmation of return yet. Unless they have contacted you to ask for money, there is not much you can do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope you find your proof of postage&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍🏻&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
