Nice one, @Fernando14.

I'd say it's unlikely you'll be billed twice, but it's definitely worth checking with our team to see what's active at our end.

There are a few different ways you can have TNT active with us - for example with a TV subscription, as a broadband extra, or through mobile.

It may be a case that this has been offered with several different products, but if you give us a call they'll be able to say for sure.

I have EETV through the Apple TV 4K. Having used my login for Discovery on HBO Max I see that my TNT Sports subscription shows there twice, both as Current Plan TNT Sports (Monthly). Also on the EE app, under Extras, Now Entertainment shows twice, once saying 'Included in package until 28 March 2026 Auto-renew is on.' And the other saying 'Included in package until [nothing] Auto-renew is on.'

Everything seems to work fine but I sjut want to be sure I'm not going to get charged twice either now or at a later date?

Welcome to the Community, @Fernando14.

Just so we can be sure, are both of the subscriptions within HBO Max showing as managed through EE, or is one showing a charge direct to HBO?

If both are EE then it sounds like we just need to double check things at out end with how this has been set up; I'd say it's unlikely you will be double charged, but our team will be able to say for sure.

If it's showing that HBO are charging you for one of these, then you would need to cancel that with them.

Thanks so much Peter. One shows as being billed through BT/EE, the other just through EE.
