    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a 24-month TV contract (started on 19 April 2025) which includes TNT Sports.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;About 2 weeks ago, I renewed my SIM-only contract, and since then TNT Sports has stopped working. As this is part of my TV package, it should not be affected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already visited the store and contacted support, but the issue is still not resolved. I was told I would receive an SMS within 24 hours, but nothing came.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had this issue before, and how was it resolved?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you say that TNT Sports has stopped working, is this when watching in the discovery+ app?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it an EE TV package or did you purchase a TV which came with TNT Sports access?&lt;/P&gt;
