i have same problem just set up on new apple 4k box and went to email to activate netflix and didn't take me to anything to sort

Hi @Christal1990 you can activate it by opening the Netflix app on EE TV box. Choose Join Now, enter the email address you want to use for Netflix then select the membership that's included with your TV plan.
