I've just connected my new ee tv box pro. The aerial out cable I used for my old bt box doesn't fit the aerial out socket on my ee box so I have to always switch on my ee box to watch normal tv. Has anyone found an aerial cable that fits the ee tv box pro?

@WM04 Here’s a better picture of the port on the pro box and the image below is the coax plug that goes in it. This a coax male plug and this is the plug on the right of your image is.

the connector of the left of your image is a coax female.

You can purchase a new plug male/female and just cut off the connector you have and fit the new plug on the cable. It’s really easy to do. Have a look at THIS

As I understand it, a coax male plug goes into the aerial in socket on the pro box so I need a coax female plug for the aerial out socket on the pro box. Do you have a link for a coax female plug that I could purchase anywhere?

As you've said yourself, you're being sent a lead by EE. No need to buy anything.

Your existing cable has fitted connectors on, so it's not suitable for replacing just the plug - you'd want to buy a new coaxial cable. Any good DIY or electronics store would sell them for less than £5, usually with a male connector on each end and then a coupler with it - this converts one male into a female, allowing all the normal combinations of cable you'd need.

I have exactly the same problem WM04 when upgrading from a BT TV box (that is now out of date) to new EE TV. As the aerial out is now a flushed port this is not as simple as suggest above. Please can you recommend a specific female connector or let me know how I can get new coaxial cable sent out Thanks.
