This has been ongoing since I signed up and keep being told by both parties that it is the responsibility of the other, to sort it!!&nbsp;</P><P>When I started the plan, I already had a NOW TV subscription and I was told that EE would take over and I wouldn't have to do anything. Since then I have been charged via EE within in broadband bill and from NOW.&nbsp;</P><P>I've since cancelled my NOW subscription on the NOW website, hoping that would fix it but it has just simply cancelled the account. So I don't have access to NOW serviced anymore.
