Hello My tv is now showing an error code IPC6021. Can someone please advise what I need to do?

Maje sure your software is up to date. If so then you'll need to speak to EE CS.

I assume you can only do a software update on the tv? If so it doesn’t give me the option to as it’s stuck on the page with the error code. I’ll give them a call

Mines saying the same for my bt sports hd and sky sports hd channels and I pay £6 a mon5h for the sports hd
