      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4895936"&gt;@Teuchterno12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You may need to access your router hub settings to change the WIFI band to 2.4 GHz for compatibility with your Smart TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you let us know which EE router do you have, and what's the make/model of your Smart TV we&amp;nbsp;can help with the steps on how to do this. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You could also try connecting your TV directly to your router through ethernet cable instead, if your TV has a connection for it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
