Amazon Prime Video

Since swapping over to EE from Plusnet, and using the new hub (6), I've been unable to watch Prime Video. Everything else on my Philips TV works fine. It's been very frustrating.

And so, I've been reading through the forum looking for solutions and it seems that the router is, for some reason, messing up DNS - freezing so to speak.

I did try to manually alter the DNS settings on my telly, but couldn't do it with a basic remote control. So.

This is where the Android app DNSNet helped. It allowed me to easily set the telly dns settings to Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 and now I can watch Prime.

I hope this helps anyone else having the same issues.
