    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently moved from Sky to EE broadband and TV but I have not received any emails regarding my discovery or Netflix which is supposed to be included, I also have a pop up stating that I can get 6 months free Apple TV but nothing happens when I click the add button&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/443080"&gt;@Doylie80&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you already activated your Discovery+ on Feburary 11th.&amp;nbsp; The simplest way to activate Netflix is on your TV Box - open the Netflix app and choose the "Sign up" option (NOT Sign In).&amp;nbsp; If you sign up using the app specifically on your TV Box, when connected to your EE Broadband, it'll automatically use your subscription entitlement.&amp;nbsp; If you already have a Netflix account then still choose the Sign up option, but use the email address you already have the account on - it'll handle the rest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding Apple TV, I don't see it already on your account. If you go into the EE app or log into ee.co.uk, you should see an option to add the Apple TV trial within your Plans &amp;amp; Subscriptions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried this but it says join now or sign in on Netflix. Also the discovery plus app when I use my phone to use the qr code it takes me to the bt app and then when I click the correct link it takes me to the ee app and nothing happens&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/443080"&gt;@Doylie80&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;use the "Join Now" option in Netflix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I already mentioned, you have already activated discovery+ - there's no point trying to activate again, as it will fail.&amp;nbsp; Simply visit &lt;A href="http://www.discoveryplus.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.discoveryplus.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and try to log in, or request a password reset.&amp;nbsp; If no password reset email arrives then your account was activated with a different email address - I can cancel the activation if needed, to allow you to do it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For Apple TV, can you please confirm where you're trying to add Apple, and what you mean when you say nothing happens?&amp;nbsp; Are you clicking a button, and it doesn't respond at all?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
