Could you be more specific by what you mean? Which remote are you using? Which button are you pressing by accident, and what undesirable result is it having?

Hi,

I am using the standard EE remote.

when I press the tv input button by mistake, I get the list of possible inputs on screen (I.e. dashboard, live tv and hdmi).

This stays on screen for several minutes before eventually going off.

Is this a problem relevant to my EE remote or my LG tv.?

Does pressing the back or OK button on the remote dismiss it? Or maybe pressing the input button again?

You could disable this feature, however it would also disable your control of the TV volume and power. If this is your preference, then in the Settings menu on the TV Box, go to the Bluetooth Remote section and change the setting from TV to Set Top Box.
