      <title>EE TV Box Pro</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I've had a new order and most of the bits of equipment have been delivered. I am missing my TV Box Pro. I called and they said they would send one out, i haven't received any confirmation of this and my service has already gone live.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Do i need to chase this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Am i entitled to comp as i am now paying for a service i am not able to fully use?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The system shows you already have a TV Box Pro from when you were with BT, so one won't be sent and the system won't allow an order for one to be sent.&amp;nbsp; There are no pending deliveries on your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, the system shows you have connected the TV Box Pro that you already have, and therefore have full access to the service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
