    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just joined EETV and having trouble with discovery +.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It took several calls to tech support to activate but I now can access the app however the only thing I can watch is the free to view things. All other programs say subscribe now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this right or do I need to moan to tech support again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is best to check that discovery+ has fully been enabled on your account in the EE app by going to Manage then TV &amp;amp; Sport. If then scroll down to Extras, it should show as activated or give you the option to activate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it letting you activate, click on it and follow the steps to activate the subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it already shows as activated, it would need another call to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;tech guides&lt;/A&gt; so they can help further with the activation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
