      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my eetv subscription (big sports package) works perfectly on my two tv boxes. However, when I try to access it on the app or my laptop, it says Subscription not found when I try to go onto it. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4080296"&gt;@fazzy180&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With a EETv Big Sport subscription I would expect you have various apps to access your subscription&amp;nbsp; sports content&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOW app for the Sky Sports content&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;discovery+ app for the TNT Sports (&amp;amp; discovery entertaintment) content&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EETV app for TNT Sport channels (1 to 10)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which apps are you unable to use&amp;nbsp; (each would have their own userid and password.) ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Apps are available on your TV box as well ... are you able to use the Now App and the discovery+ App on the TV box as well as viewing the live channels via the TV Box EPG ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
