      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why does the box think it's lost connection? The internet is working. I'm literally using it. I've unplugged the router, unplugged the box, unplugged both plugs and still get the same error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't understand. What's happening and how can I stop it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
