topic Disney error 73 in TV

Disney locks account once a month, claiming that EE don't provide enough location information linked to the IP address (but wont give anymore details than this - tripping their VPN alerts). 1 call to Disney and 30minutes later every month and the issue is resolved by an account reset. Any ideas to fix and what additional information are they expecting EE to generate? (sounds like companies choosing the option of blame the other guy..)

Hi there @Blue69

Thanks for coming to the community.

I would suggest getting in touch with our broadband tech guides and they can check everything at our side for you to see if anything is needed to stop this happening.

Thanks 🙂
