Uktv app not working

Is anyone else having problems with uktv app on EE TV. Was working fine yesterday. Now got error code 03-0005 . Technical support cannot help despite trying. Suggested factory reset if it doesn't reset itself

Although I've just tried the app on my Smart TV and it works fine and on my phone. So perhaps it's an issue with the app on tbe EE tv boxes? I have sent an email to the email address that appears with the error code, see if they reply

Same issue here for last 2 days.

managed to get it to work on my smart TV but not through the EETV box

Thanks. I can get on tablet, phone and firestick. I emailed UKTv and got a reply saying technicians are working on

. A lady from EE is supposed to be ringing me back today so I will see what she says.

Same. I can get it on tabletb, phone and firestick just not on EE.

EE technical just phoned to check if it was working yet and it is back up so hopefully yours is as well.

Found this when I had the same problem.iknow this is a late reply but thought I'd add a fix that worked for me. Log out of the app and log back in it fixed it for me
