We have two tv box’s. The upstairs bedroom box is forever dropping internet signal. The tv programmes are never a sharp picture and continually drop off air. I know it’s not the internet as my apple box works fine with the apps and this is next to the EE box. I can watch apps on the EE box as well. But for example the last two days I’ve not been able to use the box as it keeps saying it’s not connected to the internet. Reboots is not solving it. It’s driving me mad. Can anyone suggest what else I can do?

Thank you, had tried all of that. And the irony of checking the service on the app and it’s not working. Also having upgraded the internet it’s still it’s been bad since
