Tv info not matching the programme

Just recently the info shown for the programme is completely wrong resulting in programmes not recording. For example. It’s currently 23:52 on Tuesday 25th Nov on ITV1 watching the Assembly, yet the info says ITV News Sat 22nd Nov 23:35 to 23:55.
I had I’m a celeb on series record and it keeps failing.
I’ve checked software updates, retuned box and also unplugged for 5 mins and nothing has worked! I don’t want to reset to factory settings as I have lots of unwatched recordings to catch up on.
Any ideas as I’m paying for a service I can’t use properly

The issue isn't with your TV Box - it's with the data being provided to it. This issue has been ongoing for months, however systems were upgraded this week, meaning recordings should return to being accurate/reliable from Tuesday Dec 2nd.
