&lt;P&gt;Please try to reset the password from the login screen on discovery+ to see if that makes any difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't, I'd recommend speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;tech guides&lt;/A&gt; who can look into your account and subscription to help to get it working for you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When were you last able to watch discovery+ without being asked to upgrade?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you login to your EE account online or in the app, and go to Manage &amp;gt; TV &amp;amp; Sport, does it show that discovery+ is active?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you see the same thing happen if you try to login through different devices?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last weekend watching the quilter series rugby. This week, Tuesday I think, now being asked to upgrade/change subscription to view&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logged into my EE account and my package shows Discovery+ shows as active&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
