Hi. Just taken out a Bug Sports package. Can get Sky Sports through the EE box but don’t seem to be able to get it through the NOW TV app on an iPad. It says account not registered. Is it just limited to watching it through the box or is there away to watch it through a different device. Thanks

@DidsburyOwl You need to sign in to the same account that you use for Now TV via EE.

If that's the only email and password that you know of and you haven't had a now TV account before with the same email or password then yes
