      <title>Factory reset</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My tv guide went blank and after trying some restarts I thought my only option would be a full reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However the resetting you&amp;nbsp; box message has come up and nothing else is happening. The message is just sitting there and the box is not restarting&lt;/P&gt;</description>
