Slight lag when changing channels on TV Box Pro

Hi,

im just wondering if anyone else has noticed. I can’t tell if it’s an issue at all. Or if it is to do with the internet speed or box software. But if I flick the channel up or down on the Box Pro it has a lag of 4 seconds. It’s on internet mode.

compared to Freesat which is instant when changing channels. I think possibly it’s just a limitation of the multicast streams.

I phoned tech support who said it shouldn’t take that long. But one of the managers on the floor said he experiences it and they reckon it might be a faulty batch. Ethernet vs WiFi is the same.

WiFi speed is around 68-73 Mbps throughput.

hi @EddG is this when going up/down one channel only or are you doing multiple presses of the up/down to reach your desired channel ?
