    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can see a sudden loss of signal on Sunday afternoon&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4893213"&gt;@sdjefferies&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- assuming you're not aware of anything that has changed inside your home, I would recommend giving the helpdesk a call.&amp;nbsp; They'll take you through the usual steps to verify it's not something simple, before then passing you to someone who can either fix it, or raise a fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All of a sudden the live tv has stopped working, all the channels are black and given a moment an error message is shown for IPC6023. I've tried all of the suggestions, rebooted and even factory reset but none have fixed it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
