Can not activate discovery

I’ve tried to activate Discovery + on tv but will not load page just keeps going back to original activate page, can anyone advise on doing this

No not had bt sports before, we have a discovery basic that I thought I had linked to the app on EE tv but had a payment go out for it, I’ve tried activating a new account and the link will not load

help please

Hi @Nickgreg74,

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you're having issues activating discovery+. What EE TV package do you have?

Have you followed the steps shown here - Activate discovery+ now

That should direct you to a link to log in to your My EE where you can complete the activation.

Thanks for reply but no further forward

got tv package with discovery, Netflix and now Tv add ons

tried the link you gave but goes to Bt and if I try and a new customer asks for Bt ID number or similar , had no problem with linking now or Netflix

Hi @Nickgreg74,

If you look at the "Activate discovery+ now" section on that page -

If you click on the option under EE "Activate discovery+ now" it will bring you to your My EE to complete the activation. Have you completed the activation in your My EE?

ive followed your instructions, found the page for EE customer for discovery when I clicked on it took me to My EE but nowhere to do anything

every time I try and activate discovery in my EE it does not load, says loading for 5 seconds then back to activate

Discovered - Go toSafari "Preferences' to Web then Pop ups and unblock.

I'm using a Google Pixel 6 but I was also trying yesterday on the laptop. I've tried again today and began with the app on the tv, scanning the QR code with my phone, which took me to the TNT Sports and Discovery+ page, scrolled down to 'you may already be eligle if you are an EE customer coming from BT,' so clicked there on activate Discovery+ and it took me to the EE home page yet again, saying I can get TNT Sports for £20 a month!

I can watch it and record TNT Sports on the TV, but I need to access it on my phone sometimes, ir if I'm elswhere, watch it on the app on another TV and this is what I am paying for already, just unable to access it. So frustrating.

If you speak with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check your account and make sure everything is set up correctly from our side. From there, they'll be able to help you get logged in on your phone.

I am having the same issue. I’ve tried to activate Discovery + but it just keeps going back to the activation link and won’t take me to Duscovery + to complete the activation

Are you adding it as an inclusive extra on your mobile account? Have you tried on both WiFi and mobile data?

We were sent a reminder that Discovery+ had not been activated by us. Try as we may we can’t get the activation link to work!!!! Can anyone help?
